Absolutely! One of our missions is to build a cruelty-free beauty community. We DO NOT use animal hair in makeup brushes preventing the suffering to thousands of animals!

Boujee Beauty is an Indian beauty brand which began it's journey in Aug 2018 and has continued ever since.

Where do you ship currently?
We ship our orders PAN India.
What is the estimate time of the delivery?
All orders placed are processed and dispatched within 2 business days so that they can reach you at the earliest. Our orders normally reach customers within 3-7 business days based on the accessibility of the pin-codes. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
Is there any shipping charge applicable?
Yes, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders BELOW Rs. 999/-.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we do not ship our products outside India. We are constantly working towards making this facility available to you soon.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified on your registered email with the respective tracking details when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse.
How can I update my address/contact number for my ongoing order?

Can I edit my order after confirmation?
Once the order is placed, you cannot make any changes in the products.
What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?
Out of stock means that the product is not available at the moment. You can write to us at email@example.com on the out of stock product and we shall intimate you as soon as the same is back in stock.

Track Order / Cancellation / Refund / Returns
How do I track my order?
For tracking your orders, you can click on the link provided in the email you receive once your order is dispatched from the warehouse.
How do I cancel an order?
- If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your “My order” section.
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7 – 10 business days after deducting the shipping charges.
Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel?
Only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse and if your order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will be refunded.
If the shipment has left our warehouse and is out to your delivery hub, then shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
When will I get my Refund if my return is approved?
You will get the refund within 7 – 10 business days.
Can I return part of my order?
All products are Non-Returnable once they have been accepted by customers.
Are there any cancellation charges?
No cancellation charges will be levied in case if you cancel your order. However, shipping charges will NOT be refunded if the shipment has left our warehouse and is out to your delivery hub.
In case if the order has not gone out from our warehouse and if your order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will be refunded.
Why is my order not showing?
You can view and track all your orders from the ‘My Order’ option in the menu. In case if the same is not visible in the ‘My Order’ section then you can call us on (+91) 98232 88944 or drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do in cases of damaged/missing products in the order delivered?
Our shipments go through quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit or missing, you can write to us on email@example.com. Replacement and/or reverse pick up will be applicable only once. Our team will check the issue and reply to your email accordingly providing you with the steps for further action.
