That’s why we believe that by offering a warranty on our brushes, we can help you gain more confidence in our products and shop worry-free! Below are the details you need to know about our warranty -
Duration
The duration of the warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase. Kindly keep your order number handy for the same.
What is covered
1. If the brush received in the shipment is broken or damaged during shipping, affecting its working, please reach out within 12 hours of receiving shipment, do not forget to mention order number and pictures of the shipment received.
2. If, within a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, a Boujee Beauty brush sheds heavily, affecting its working, a replacement shall be provided. Kindly record a video that shows the brush shedding and email it to us mentioning your order number to initiate the replacement process.
Your email and details provided will be looked into and upon noticing a genuine concern with the product, we shall approve the replacement. Once the damaged product is received by us, a brand-new brush shall be dispatched.
Kindly note, warranty covers replacements and not returns.
What is not covered
Warranty coverage does not cover damages that are determined to be caused by negligent use/treatment. Any product, if not taken care of and maintained well, deteriorates quickly. Please avoid handling brushes roughly. Due to longer exposure to water/ soaking brushes in water, they may face minor shedding, cracking of the handle paint or detaching of the ferrule from the handle. Brushes, especially the ones with white hair may also face discoloration if not cleaned properly.
