As the category of goods that we sell fall under personal care goods, we do not offer any returns or exchange, once the shipment has been accepted by the customer. We only accept exchange requests or returns if the products were wrongly sent, are defective, or were damaged in transit within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
To be eligible for exchange/return (only in case of wrong item or defective item or damage in transit), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues:
We encourage you to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund (If Applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund within the above mentioned timelines, we request you to first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank as there might be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (If Applicable):
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly sent. No other reasons for exchange, cancellation, or refund is applicable.

- If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your “My order” section or write to our customer support team at: email@example.com or call us on +91 9823288944 between Monday to Saturday from 09:30 am to 05:30 pm
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money (for prepaid orders) within 7 – 10 business days after deducting the shipping charges.
